Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation: • 100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 31 days prior to the arranged check in date. • The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 30-0 days prior to the arranged check in date. • In case of earlier departure, there will be a 50% charge of the remain amount of the total nights of the reservation. • In case of no-show, there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the arranged check in day. • In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions or unexpected cancellation of your boat trip there will be a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
Guarantee Policy
In order to confirm the reservation, you have to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your booking.
Children Policy
Children between 0 and 4 years old are considered infants and there is no extra charge for them in the price of the room. A cot is also available for them. Children aged 5 to 18 years old are considered as an extra person, with an additional charge on the price of the room
Special Terms
Pricing policy The VAT and the municipal tax are included in the price of the services. Room rates are defined by a night’s stay. There is an EXTRA overnight tax (0.5 euros per night) which is NOT included in the final price and you have to pay on your check out date. Check out from 12:00 until 18:00: 50% charge of the agreed night rate. Check out after 18:00: 100% charge of the agreed night rate.

Our apartments are located in Pollonia, a picturesque fishing village on the north-east extreme of the island, that constitutes a top destination in Milos and offers peace and tranquillity throughout the summer.
